Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls

These are like my naughty snickers fix but filled with yummy goodness!


3 large tbsp peanut butter

1/2 cup Almonds

1/2 cup cashews

2 cups medjoul dates (pitted)

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 large tbsp chia seeds


  1. Add the nuts to your food processor and blitz until its a rough flour texture, leaving some bigger chunks.
  2. Add your dates and coconut oil…BLITZ.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until it all comes together. If the mixture seems to dry at this point add a little water bit by bit until you get the desired texture.
  4. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and “squish” in your hands and roll them into a ball. Then get creative and roll them in some topping if you wish. Chocolate (dairy free for me) is always a winner in our house. place them on some baking paper and freeze for an hour our so.

Place them in a air tight container and keep them in the fridge.
