I’m unfortunately really tense and stiff 😬 who else is?? I mean I can’t be the only one…can I?
Soooooo this week I’ve made a pack with myself to get flexible….it’s gonna include being super duper good with what I put in my body and lots of yoga stretches, mainly for my mega stiff hamstrings!!!! I’ve been reading that if you hold the poses for longer each day that will increase my flexabilty!?!?
Well I’ll keep you posted…off to roll the mat out and STRRRRRRRRECH!!!!
