I think I can safely say these are the yummiest things I have ever made…seriously! They are chewy and caramely and just gorgeous! And like all the things I make they have no refined sugar, no dairy or gluten and sutible for vegans!

1/2 cup almonds
1/2 medjool dates
2tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao
1 cup medjool dates
1/2 cup coconut oil
3-4 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup cacao
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
Tip: add whatever topping onto the chocolate later you like.
Tip: if you don’t have medjool dates just use normal ones but use a few extra
Add all the base ingredients into a food processor and blend until crumbly. Then press down with a spoon into a silicone loaf tray or whatever you have. (Make sure to line it though if it’s not silicone) Pop this in the freezer while you make the caramel.
Place all the caramel ingredients in to the food processor and whizz it up until it all comes together. Make sure ou keep going until it’s super smooth. It will end up in a ball. Get your base out of the freezer and spread your tummy caramel later over the top. Pop it back in the freezer for another 1/2 hour or so.
While that’s freezing make your chocolate top layer by whisking all the ingredients together.
After the base and middle have have at least half and hour freezing pour your chocolate over they top. At this point you could add some toppings. Whatever you like. Pistachios work well but you could literally put anything you fancy on! Put back in the freezer for 10mins. Take out and cut with a sharp knife into squares.
